Between the two towers of WIN WIN lies a spacious open area that serves as a meeting place for residents. This square is equipped with stylish seating, plant beds and art installations that create a pleasant atmosphere. Particularly noteworthy is the impressive flight of steps that leads directly from this square to the riverside walkway along the Rhine. These steps not only provide quick access to the water, but also offer an attractive vantage point from which residents can enjoy the view of the river and the passing boats.

The WIN WIN roof garden is a particular highlight of the outdoor areas and offers residents a green retreat high above the city. This garden covers an area of over 500 square metres and offers a variety of plant beds, mature trees and comfortable seating. The roof garden is equipped with a modern outdoor kitchen and barbecue station, perfect for convivial evenings outdoors. The carefully designed planting and well-thought-out design elements create an oasis of calm and relaxation that combines an urban lifestyle with experiences close to nature.
