Welcome to WIN WIN

Unique, and in more ways than one

EXCLUSIVE LIVING ON THE WATER, UNMATCHED IN THE DÜSSELDORF MEDIA HARBOUR.

The two striking WINWIN towers offer exclusive residential opportunities in one of the city's most dynamic and architecturally impressive districts. With its clear vision of quality and innovation, the WINWIN sets new standards in urban living. Düsseldorf's Media Harbour is a vivid example of urban adaptability and architectural excellence. Buildings by world-famous architects such as Frank O. Gehry, David Chipperfield and Helmut Jahn give the harbour an inspiring atmosphere, whether you are here for work or leisure.

Its location directly on the Rhine and its proximity to the city centre make it a sought-after location for people and companies willing to break new ground. The history of the Medienhafen reflects the successful transformation from an industrial port to a vibrant urban hotspot. Spectacular construction projects have transformed the area into one of the most sought-after districts in Düsseldorf, which is also reflected in the impressive performance of the properties. WIN WIN fits seamlessly into this success story and offers an exclusive living experience in one of Düsseldorf's most attractive districts, which can easily be compared to international melting pots.

The WIN WIN ensemble, with its unique location, design concept, innovative facilities and exclusive services, has created a place unlike any other in Düsseldorf. But it is the people who live here who bring the philosophy to life. They are cosmopolitan individualists with pioneering spirit who have recognised WIN WIN and the opportunities it offers. And despite their differences, they are united by the goal of living in the moment and celebrating the future in a highly inspiring environment.

Media harbour

A different side to Düsseldorf

In the Medienhafen, everything comes together, mixes, and creates new impressions: the view over the city, countryside and river. The charm of industrial relics from times gone by and modern architectural icons, created by world-famous architects. Employees of renowned companies who have discovered the creative vibe of the location for themselves, curious tourists and guests who bring the nightlife to a boil. Proximity to Düsseldorf city centre and simultaneous distance. A melting pot of diversity.

The history

The evolution of an extraordinary place

1886, the Düsseldorf harbour was inaugurated as the most modern of its time. It survived two world wars, a world economic crisis and the boom times of the economic miracle. But the former third-largest inland port in Germany could not escape the industrial change. With the systematic, urban, economic and cultural transformation to the Media Harbour, it embarked on an unprecedented second career from the 1980s onwards, the peak of which is still a long way off.
