In 1992, Manuela and Uwe Schmitz founded FRANKONIA Eurobau on a foundation that had already produced generations of master builders. These family roots continue to shape the company's attitude and actions to this day. That is why the Schmitz family feels a commitment in all its work to residents, buyers and investors as well as to the local community.
